Low upfront fees and costs article written by Columbia, SC attorney Daniel Stone

For most Lexington, SC residents, a short drive is all that is needed to get a free consultation at my office in Irmo. If you currently do not have transportation and you want to discuss Chapter 13 bankruptcy options, please call to set up a free consultation.  If you are interested in filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to help without your economic problems, I can usually offer low up front fees. To qualify for a low upfront fee, you must demonstrate proof of atleast 12 months of continuous employment plus agree to having your Chapter 13 plan deducted from your pay check. The  rest of the fee will be paid through your Chapter 13 plan.  Please note that business cases, multiple prior bankruptcy cases, tax issues, and cases that appear to be unfeasible may have to pay higher up front fees. Chapter 13 bankruptcy can be a great way to deal with multiple debt problems such as foreclosure, threats of car repossessions, credit card debts, medical bills, tax debts, and many more types of debts. By offering a low upfront legal fee for some Chapter 13 filers, I hope that I helping these potential clients have a better chance of success in their Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. If you are interested in a free consultation, please feel free to call or email me to discuss your debt issues. Also, please feel free to read my other Chapter 13 blogs on this site.
