Daniel Stone is an attorney at Stone Law Firm, LLC where he primarily handles consumer bankruptcy cases for individuals in Columbia, Florence, and Greenville. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, his J.D. degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas, and a Certificate of Japanese Comparative Law from Temple Law School, Tokyo Campus. Mr. Stone is a member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, was appointed to the Bankruptcy Interest Rate Committee and is active with the Bankruptcy Court’s Care Program that teaches students credit education. He was an elected committee member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association in 2007. Daniel has helped thousands of SC residents file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
