I am happy to announce that I was appointed to the 2012 United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina Interest Rate Committee. This is the second time I have been appointed and I am looking forward to working with my fellow bankruptcy colleagues in determining the appropriate interest rate for our District.
