bankruptcy and foreclosure issues in South Carolina

For a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to be successful, the Chapter 13  plan must be feasible and meet other jurisdictional guidelines. For example, if you have $30,000 in arrears and a car loan of $15,000, you would probably not be able to afford a Chapter 13 plan payment of $400- $600 a month if your only income is social security.

If you are currently experiencing foreclosure and you are interested in seeing how bankruptcy can help you, please feel free to give me a call to set up a free consultation.
