Michelle H. Love joined Stone Law Firm in 2012 as the Senior Paralegal. She works in both the Irmo and Florence offices. Prior to working in the practice of bankruptcy in 2008, Michelle worked in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, appellate and professional responsibility. Her compassion and desire to help others has made her an asset to Stone Law Firm.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) and Master’s Degree, both in Criminal Justice, from the University of South Carolina. Michelle is married to her husband, John for 22 years. In her spare time, she competes and serves as a Judge for the American Kennel Club, in the performance division. Michelle is unique in the she has knowledge of not only consumer cases (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) but also business bankruptcy cases. She also has helped hundreds of clients with loan modifications and has spoken to SC attorneys at CLE(s) about bankruptcy law and loan modifications.
