Stone Law Firm is pleased to announce that during the duration of the the virus pandemic, we will offer free Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy telephonic and zoom video consultations. This will allow potential clients to save their homes and cars from foreclosure and repossession in the comforts of their own home.
Some of the new technology changes our office is doing to assist these efforts is email, fax, texting,and zoom video. An example is during a consultation, I will email the potential client a questionnaire and a list of documents to obtain. In addition, if the person chooses to retain the Stone Law Firm, I can simply send the potential client a paypal email to make a payment. Finally, once the person is ready to file their Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, I can review the entire petition with the client via the phone or in video (zoom).
